Well it’s officially Winter! I know I have readers from all over the country, whose wardrobe needs differ from season to season, but a good coat (or at least a jacket) is a must in most people’s wardrobes. After all, most of us travel from time to time, often to cooler climates.
I know I wrote a similar post last year, but you loved it. And love it when I walk into stores and the sales staff say, “hey such-and-such bought this jacket yesterday because she read about it on your blog!”
Here are my tips on the best buys for winter coats this season. Coats that will have longevity in your wardrobe, classic styles that you’ll wear for years to come, and a few what the hell, life’s too short to wear boring clothes options!

This is one of our absolute faves, and if you’ve shopped with us in winter you may well own this coat. The Marcs Winter signature coat is sleek and timeless coat cut from luxe felted wool.
