Exchanges & Returns Policy
All orders within Australia can be returned for a full refund or an exchange. Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size (pending size availability).
For returns within Australia, we recommend using a tracked postal service when returning items. Please use a postal service of your choice. Return postage is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
Return requests after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
To return or exchange an item, the following conditions must be met:
- Return/exchange requests must be received within 7 days of delivery.
- The returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and free of stains, odours or any signs of use.
- Any item(s) that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
- We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 7 business days, though delays may occur during busy periods.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
How to process a return or exchange
If you need to return or exchange your purchase, please follow the steps below:
- Email us at info@styledbysally.com.au to submit your return/exchange request. Please include your original order number in email.
- Pack your return item(s) in a postage satchel of your choice (Styled by Sally does not cover return postage costs). Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
- When your return item is received, and is in a condition to re-sell, you will receive your refund via the payment method used.
- Should you wish to exchange your t-shirt (pending size availability) your new t-shirt will be posted at no cost (Australia wide only)
Damage or Faulty Items
If your item is damaged or faulty, please email us at info@styledbysally.com.au immediately and we will arrange a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.
